CyberQ 2025: Where Quantum, AI, and Cybersecurity Converge
CyberQ 2025 is the UAE’s flagship summit for cybersecurity and quantum technologies, hosted by the UAE Cybersecurity Council and the Technology Innovation Institute (TII). Under the theme “Future-Proofing Digital Defenses,” the event will explore how quantum computing, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies are transforming the global cybersecurity landscape.
The summit will feature:
Welcome Message From CSC
UAE Cybersecurity Council to Unveil Three New Policies by End of 2025.
Dr. Mohamed Al-Kuwaiti, Chairman of the UAE Cybersecurity Council, has announced the council’s plan to introduce three new cybersecurity policies by the end of 2025. These initiatives aim to enhance the UAE’s cybersecurity framework, reinforcing the nation’s position as a leader in advanced technology and AI.
The upcoming policies will focus on cloud computing and data security, Internet of Things security, and cybersecurity operations centres. Additionally, executive regulations for the encryption law, crucial for securing quantum-compatible data transmissions, are expected to be released by year-end.
Dr. Al-Kuwaiti emphasized the UAE’s ambition to become a global data hub, underlining the need for robust laws and partnerships across public and private sectors to safeguard this critical area.

Chairman, UAE Cybersecurity Council
WELCOME MESSAGE FROM TII
In this United Nations’ International Year of Quantum Science and Technology, we celebrate quantum’s journey from a distant concept to a reality taking shape. Promising significant advances in fields such as artificial intelligence, health, finance, and energy, quantum computers have the potential to transform every sector. But is our digital infrastructure ready?
For the second year running, the CyberQ Summit 2025: Future-Proofing Digital Defenses is providing a global forum for government, industry leaders and those at the cutting-edge of emerging quantum technologies to explore the dangers they pose to current cryptographic systems, the opportunities that post quantum cryptography is creating and the best ways to integrate new cryptographic solutions to ensure a smooth transition, without disrupting operations.
At the Technology Innovation Institute (TII), we are dedicated to advancing next-generation cryptographic and quantum communication technologies in a responsible way that ensures quantum-safe infrastructures for all. We look forward to discussing policy, seeing new quantum technologies in action and sharing insight with you all.
